Oil & Gas Technologies

The Oil & Gas Technologies field brings together process and R&D engineers with extensive experience to serve crude oil producers, refineries, and petrochemical plants. This sector focuses on continuously improving processes and technologies to meet customer expectations and enhance operational efficiency.

Oil & gas treatment technologies provide solutions for both offshore and onshore crude oil drilling challenges, as well as process optimization where needed. Chemical products and innovative technologies are used to drill and treat crude oil, removing impurities such as organic metals, water, and salt before refining.

Once purified, the crude oil is sent to the atmospheric distillation column, where it is separated into various products—such as methane (CH₄), propane (C₃H₈), butane (C₄H₁₀), jet fuel, gasoline, and fuel oil—based on boiling point differences. To achieve higher levels of purification and improve the processing of crude oil and light products, system-protective chemicals are used throughout the process. This approach enhances production performance in refineries and the petrochemical sector.
